Refund policy

Returns

1. We want you to be satisfied with your Kiri. Returns for the Kiri Starter Pack are accepted within 14 days after you receive it. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for purchases made through our website kiritoys.com. If you purchased your Kiri Starter Pack from another vendor, then you must follow their return and refund policy and instructions.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any Tile Packs (sold individually or via a subscription) because of the nature of the product.

2. To be eligible for a return, your Kiri Starter Pack must be in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Kiri reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.

3. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kiritoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items received without an RA Number and the required packaging and accessories as specified above will not be accepted or processed for a refund.

4. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.

5. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Kiri's office. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Kiri is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

6. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

7. Taxes, duties, or any importation fees paid by international customers are nonrefundable.

8. For international shipments, all taxes, duties, and importation fees are paid by the customer.

9. Funds will be credited within 7 working days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.

10. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for duty and taxes incurred in their country. Kiri transfers full shipping responsibility to the couriers as soon as the package leaves our warehouses. In case of long delays or package loss, Kiri will file a claim on the customer's behalf. We are unable to give you a refund or replacement until the claim is settled. No exceptions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Returns under Warranty

1. Defective products are covered by Kiri's one-year limited warranty policy.

2. To return a product under the warranty policy, read and understand the Limited Warranty Policy.

3. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email hello@kiritoys.com, and provide the following information:

Phone
Reason for Return
Date of Purchase
Place of Purchase
Copy of the original receipt or method of payment

4. Once we approve this return and issue an RA number, send the product to the address we provide. You have up to 30 days from Kiri issuing your RA number to return your product to our facility. Products received after the 30 day period may be returned to you.

5. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

6. A copy of the credit card receipt and Kiri invoice, if applicable, must be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

7. Products received without an RA number, and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

8. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you via ground shipment.
